Enjoying the Weather and Reading the Books

The weather here in Charleston is great and I have been trying to spend most of my time outside.  The one thing I am not looking forward to in France is the weather, it has been cold for too long and I am really enjoying the 70-80 degree weather here.  I went to the bank to get a credit card that I will be able to use in France.  My debit card would run up too many fees so I would prefer not to use it.  I started thinking if the French had an easier or more difficult time managing their finances.  I read in Business Ethics that the United States has tough anti-bribe laws especially compared to other countries.  France wasn't listed, but it was interesting to learn that in Russia bribes are given for everything.  I read that a business had to bribe transportation to bring bread to the restaurant on time.
