Entertainment in Paris

Today I was just relaxing while watching television and playing video games.  I was watching the credits on a game I had put into my PlayStation and thought that there was no way all of the companies involved were American.  I started thinking whether or not people in France have access to completely different games or if all the games are just translated.  I know of a Polish game called the Witcher that was very successful and was translated into English for players in the US and UK.  I am curious to see whether or not I will see advertisements for popular French games and movies that are not available in the United States.
